the best way to be sure of your ring size is to order one of our ring sizers here. For your convenience, we have included our handy conversion chart here for reference!

while not wearing your product, we recommend storing it inside your Fable Matter walnut box. Harsh chemicals like chlorine, bleach and sulfur, as well as prolonged exposure to salty air, humidity and perspiration can all tarnish your product's appearance. For your convenience, we will always pair your order with a paper copy of our care guide, which can also be found on each respective product page.

if you have accidentally ordered the wrong size or your product isn't quite what you expected, please do not hesitate to email us directly at hello@fablematter.com.au or message us using our contact form and we will discuss your options with you. Provided your order is returned within 30 days, we offer full refunds or exchanges, however, please be mindful that we accept no responsibility for return shipping costs and lost or damaged products during transit.

unfortunately, life doesn't always go as planned and for whatever reason your parcel may be delayed. Because this is an issue on our couriers' end, we are no longer in control of your delivery or any extended processing times. Australia Post provides excellent customer service and they suggest first checking their parcel tracking page prior to getting in touch for further support.

Upon checkout, set their address as the shipping address, and your own as the billing address. All products are delivered in their own plastic-free, unique custom packaging. We won't include any invoices inside your parcel, instead, reciepts are sent directly to your own email address.
